NU-WOOL Company has been offering a heating/cooling guarantee since 1985 for any home using WALLSEAL and NU-WOOL attic insulation. In the past 12 years thousands of homeowners have taken advantage of this program. For a period of three years after moving into your new home your energy costs are predictable. Also, if you have a problem with heating or cooling your home, NU-WOOL Company, the oldest manufacturer of cellulose insulation in the country, will perform diagnostic tests on your home to discover the cause of that problem. This entire program is at no cost to the homeowner, insulation contractor or builder.

How Can I Get My Home in the Program? (Back to Top )

Simply tell your Certified WALLSEAL Insulation Contractor that you want the Guarantee. The contractor will fill out a form listing all the characteristics of your home. This is sent to NU-WOOL where your home is entered into a computer program that calculates heat loss and cooling loads. A detailed form listing the areas of heating/cooling loss are sent to you along with a certificate guaranteeing your energy costs for three years.

What if my Home Exceeds the Guarantee? (Back to Top )

If, after twelve months of living in your home, you can see that your energy costs exceed the amount on your certificate, simple send a copy of your energy bills, or list from your energy supplier to NU-WOOL. If your home has exceeded the amount on the certificate, a check will be sent within two weeks.

The entire guarantee program is administered and financed thorough NU-WOOL Company, Incorporated. No liability is placed on the builder or contractor.
